TKO South Station

 

AUGREEN Block Wall system was used for partitioning wind-loading (i.e. 1KPa) partitions for back of house in the MTRC South Station in TKO.

 

Key Benefits

 

Clean & tidy

No plastering! No wet-trade! No de-bonding!

 

Lightweight

The loading of AUGREEN Block is only 900kg/m3 (100mm), 750kg/m3 (80mm), which can be used for decoration works in existing buildings.

 

Load bearing

Being a non-load bearing wall, it can hang up to 250lbs per anchor. It can also drilled and tailed.

 

Save space

Wall of 80mm thickness with 2hrs FRP can achieve 50mm per wall compared with 130mm concrete block and two layers of plastering & wall of 100mm thickness with 4hrs FRP can achieve 30mm per wall compared with 100mm concrete block and two layers of plastering.

 

Wind pressure wall

Steel stiffeners can be used to take 1KPa wind pressure with 6m head room.

 

No door lintel

No door / opening lintel is required for openings less than 1.5m (80mm)/2m (100mm) width.
