St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School

 

AUGREEN Block Wall system was used for partitioning office and classrooms in the ASD school project near Choi Wan Road and Jordan Valley.

 

Key Benefits

 

Sound insulation

Wall of 100mm thickness achieves STC 41, without plastering & 2 x 80mm thickness with 20mm rock wool achieves STC58.

 

Save space

Wall of 80mm thickness with 2hrs FRP it can achieve 50mm per wall compared with 130mm concrete block and two layers of plastering & wall of 100mm thickness with 4hrs FRP it can achieve 30mm per wall compared with 100mm concrete block and two layers of plastering.

 

Flexible

The required accesses for pipes and services can be chased after building the wall and can be easily changed.

 

Hard & Strong

AUGREEN Block wall can achieve 2kN/m – crowd loading and it is stronger than gypsum boards for classroom partitions.
